We were planning a surprise wedding anniversary celebration for our parent’s 50th year as a married couple. Everyone was enthusiastic, especially that our parents are not aware that we’re planning this party. I suggested to my sister who’s in charge for the overall planning to make use of koozies as our give-away souvenirs for the guests. Without a doubt, we all agreed so I started to conceptualize the design.
I decided to place the name of our parents and have it printed in golden letters or something to similar to that, to make it appropriate for the golden wedding anniversary. I also included words of gratitude on the koozies to add more drama. I submitted it to the Koozie manufacturer and I ordered about 150 pieces. The cool thing is that they gave us a specially made wedding koozies for our parents.
During the wedding anniversary celebration, everyone was stunned at how creative the Koozies were and they commended our efforts. More than anything else, we couldn’t pain the smiles on our parents’ faces. They were really surprised as to how we secretly came up with the celebration without them even knowing. As the day ended, everyone had a full stomach, and a full heart!
